Police are investigating if the attacks were connected and whether a group of teenagers, who were ejected from the playcentre after allegedly starting a fight on March 29, were involved in the arson and vandalism.
Braybrook's Rabbit Hole playcentre in Melbourne's north west apologised to ticketholders and those who had booked birthday parties for the Easter holidays.
The business owners said they needed "to ensure that the premises are secure and safe for everyone before reopening".
The first attack happened around 10.25pm on March 29 when a man allegedly smashed the playcentre's window.
The business was struck again the following night with four alleged offenders forcing entry about 2.35am on March 30, police said.
"A small fire was deliberately lit inside," Victoria Police said.
"The offenders fled the scene and were last seen driving down Ballarat Road."
Offenders allegedly targeted the playcentre again shortly before 3am on April 1.
Police said the Rabbit Hole's front window was smashed and a fire was set in the kitchen, causing "significant damage during the blaze".
'Closed until further notice'
The playcentre owners said they "hope to commence repairs and resume operations as soon as possible" in a post to Facebook on March 30.
Police have cut the power to the indoor play facility and neighbouring businesses for safety reasons while the investigation continues.
Rabbit Hole Playcentre owners said ticketholders would be refunded and asked customers to contact them via the email address bookings@rabbitholeplaycentre.com.au as their phone lines are unavailable.
Investigators are treating the incidents as linked and urge anyone who witnessed the incidents, has CCTV/dashcam footage or information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
